HOW DOES IT WORK?
State of the art research showed that combining anthropometric data (i.e. your height, weight, age and sex), together with your physical activity level and heart rate can provide accurate cardiorespiratory fitness estimation, without the need for laboratory tests.
VO2max app can acquire your heart rate and physical activity levels with high accuracy, and combine these parameters to provide you with a key indicator of your physical condition, your cardiorespiratory fitness level or VO2max.
